It has been a very long time since I posted.

I have been busy in my secret monster workshop, but now the time has come for a sneak peak at what I have been working on!

I am designing monster avatars for a new online/iphone game called Hopskoch.

Jokullic are ice monsters. They prefer the frigid expanse of a freshly frozen ice cube tray or the warm glow of a freeze pop. The suckers on their tentacles (which can vary in number) allow them to sneak across the ice easily.

While most Jokullic are shy and will take to hiding under the crusted layer of ice towards the edge of a freezer, this particular male prefers the company of people and will most likely be happiest near you. Fortunately for him, he resides in his very own glacial home.

Claud: Turns out he is a little claustrophobic

why is this photo so yellow? the lighting in my room is lacking. ah well.

Claud is a male Pushtin from Thukl. The Pushtin is a ground dwelling monster. He/She is generally very neat although personalities do vary. The job of the Pushtin is to clean the floors of Thukl. A job they take very seriously with a cotton swab in hand. Pushtins love warm dry places. They are especially fond of the lower cabinets and wall lining heaters. So watch out for electrical appliances near the floor that may burn, the Pushtin is not the most cunning of monsters.

Lara hates March. She hates it's teasingly good weather that always leads to another massive snow storm. Yet, she remains hopeful that it will pass smoothly ever year with it's smattering of warm days.

And when that massive storm in April comes she will remain hopeful for June.

I'm back!

It's been a while.
First I got really sick with that cold that everyone you know has and then when I was finally feeling better I slipped on a massive patch of black ice and bruised a rib.
Needless to say I have not been doing much monster making lately. I will tell you this though! I am excited to announce that I am working on an illustrated zine which will have little, big's digital album on it this spring.

in the meantime here is a pic of our new pins. Soon to be available on our website.
